Dubli Binary Integration Update

Dear Business Associate,

As you are already aware, we have faced several challenges with the integration of our new binary system – recently renamed as the "Fast Start Bonus System." By way of history, DubLi Network engaged an outside consulting firm who was charged with structuring, programming and integrating this new system on DubLi's behalf. This firm did not produce to our standards, expectations or follow the detailed plans we originally presented. As such, management has made the decision to handle the complete integration of the new binary system internally.

Furthermore, the structure of the binary system, as originally detailed was not implemented properly and has caused erroneous commissions. Once these errors were identified, management decided that we will be unable to proceed under this current path. We will, however, be deploying a binary system that makes sense for both the company and our valued Business Associates. Management has spent the last several days analyzing the model, calculations and structure and will implement the binary system with some modifications to the original structure.

These modifications are explained in more detail below. The structure, as initially programmed, was paying out a much higher percentage than the company contracted for and the system that was built was based on an incorrect commission schedule. The following highlights the new system:

1. The Fast Start Bonus will remain as it is today at 10%,
2. To qualify for a Cycle Bonus, you must sponsor one on the left and one on the right and they are required to stay active
3. All Cycle Bonuses will be at 10% or $40 – there will no longer be cycles at 15% or 20%
4. The cap for Cycle Bonuses remains at $25,000 per week
5. Matching Frontline bonus is 10% and all generational bonuses will remain the same
6. Gift Bonus Points will stay at 4,000 and 20,000 points

This accomplishes what we expected from inception, more specifically:

• Help the new BA earn money while simultaneously building their residual income
• Help "builders" make great money to drive their business as they simultaneously build their residual income
• Maintain a fair and consistent payout from the company
• Offer the best binary system in the industry

Dubli D2G2 – commission payments

Please be informed that the two first weeks of D2G2 commissions will be available for payment request starting today. To be paid this Friday, you must make your payment request by no later than Wednesday Dec. 17, 2014 @ 11.59PM EST. If you fail to meet this deadline, your payment will be available next week. Below you will find an overview of future payment cycles. There are a few changes you must be aware of: 1. “All other commissions” may be requested as of the 6th of each month however, contrary to before they may be requested each week. If you miss the request period during the first week by the 6th of the month, simply request your commissions to be paid the following week. 2. For the “all other commissions” the 6th of the month sometimes falls close to or over a weekend and you may have only a short window by which to request your next week’s pay. As such, if you fail to make your request in timely manner, you may request it the following week.

D2G2 general information We are working on several improvements for you and your teams including the ability to see your D2G2 cycles, search functionalities within your tree, jump to bottom or top of the tree, jump specific levels down in your tree etc. These new additions will be available shortly. A newsletter will be sent to notify you of its availability. We also would like to inform you that third week commissions of the D2G2 will also be available by the end of this week. For your convenience we have also created a short tutorial, available in your back office under D2G2 “D2G2 Preference.” This tutorial is currently only available in English. D2G2 Launch

We will launch Phase 1 of the D2G2 within the next 24-48 hours. During the initial launch, the system will only be available in English and throughout the next week will be translated into German, Spanish, Danish, Hungarian and Russian.

Phase 1 will include securing placement in the D2G2 compensation system and giving you your Gift Bonus Points assuming you enrolled from November 1, 2014 and for all new enrollments going forward. 

Upon the launch of the D2G2 , you will find a section in your back office called “D2G2” supporting your Dual Team Tree, where you can see your entire downline by using the animated tool. 

You can also select your settings for proper placement of your personally sponsored Business Associates. Select Community (Team) Leg, Personal (Money) Leg or select Balanced. Balanced means the system will automatically place a new person so your legs are balanced to your best advantage. 

We will be utilizing Username’s in the D2G2 binary tree instead of real names.

Effective with the launch of the enhanced D2G2 compensation, you will have 24 hours to request replacement of a new Business Associate under another BA ID or a switch to the opposite side of you binary tree. Replacing and/or switching your tree will incur an Admin fee of $49.50. Please make sure your new prospects are signed up correctly.

When viewing your organizational tree you may not use an ipad as flash player is not supported on ipad tablets.

We will have presentations explaining the new compensation system available for your usage by Monday. They will initially be available in English and over the next week in several additional languages. Please check your back office frequently for updates.
