As you are already aware, we have faced several challenges with the integration of our new binary system – recently renamed as the "Fast Start Bonus System." By way of history, DubLi Network engaged an outside consulting firm who was charged with structuring, programming and integrating this new system on DubLi's behalf. This firm did not produce to our standards, expectations or follow the detailed plans we originally presented. As such, management has made the decision to handle the complete integration of the new binary system internally.
Furthermore, the structure of the binary system, as originally detailed was not implemented properly and has caused erroneous commissions. Once these errors were identified, management decided that we will be unable to proceed under this current path. We will, however, be deploying a binary system that makes sense for both the company and our valued Business Associates. Management has spent the last several days analyzing the model, calculations and structure and will implement the binary system with some modifications to the original structure.
These modifications are explained in more detail below. The structure, as initially programmed, was paying out a much higher percentage than the company contracted for and the system that was built was based on an incorrect commission schedule. The following highlights the new system:

- The Fast Start Bonus will remain as it is today at 10%,
- To qualify for a Cycle Bonus, you must sponsor one on the left and one on the right and they are required to stay active
- All Cycle Bonuses will be at 10% or $40 – there will no longer be cycles at 15% or 20%
- The cap for Cycle Bonuses remains at $25,000 per week
- Matching Frontline bonus is 10% and all generational bonuses will remain the same
- Gift Bonus Points will stay at 4,000 and 20,000 points
- Help the new BA earn money while simultaneously building their residual income
- Help "builders" make great money to drive their business as they simultaneously build their residual income
